Step 2 - Exterior Detail

Exterior Pre-wash:  Our exterior detail package begins with a pre-wash.  We leverage a highly concentrated pre-wash foam agent that dissolves and softens dirt and grime so it can be easily removed during the wash. Our pre-wash produces a thick foam designed to prep the most embattled areas of the vehicle that softens bugs, baked on dirt, and more. It is formulated specifically to offer maximum wetting and rinses off easily. ​During the panel dwell period, Lift’s bubbles soak the hardened debris and allow it to release from the vehicle with ease during the wash.

 

​Exterior Wash:  We begin the wash process with the introduction of a high foaming, pH neutral cleaning foam with a unique cherry fragrance applied using a foam cannon. The Gentle Snow Foam develops an even, well moistened foam blanket over the vehicle. Due to its pH neutral formula, it does not corrode waxed or sealed surfaces. We then utilize a pH neutral cleaning shampoo during the manual car washing process. Quality control is paramount, so we deploy a 3-bucket manual wash method for each vehicle.  One bucket is dedicated for the exterior wash and another specifically for rinse to mitigate the potential of swirling to the exterior surface.  A final third bucket is dedicated to washing the tires and wheels of your vehicle. 

 

Exterior Decontamination:  Once the wash is completed and the vehicle has been rinsed, we transition to further chemical decontamination of the vehicle before any clay bar is utilized. We leverage what is considered a gold standard product in the world of detailing for the decontamination of paint, glass, metals and wheels of the vehicle.  The advanced pH-balanced (pH-7) formula safely breaks down ferrous metallic contamination caused by automotive brakes, rail travel, and construction from delicate vehicle surfaces. The product is leveraged on the paint, plastic, chrome, glass, alloy wheels and brake calipers. This aspect of the process works by forming a water-soluble complex with the iron particles lodged in the surface, allowing them to be rinsed free, and cleaning deeper than washing or claying alone. 

 

​Clay bar decontamination:  Once decontamination is complete, we then deploy an additional step of mechanical decontamination; however, only if it is necessary as clay bar decontamination may risk to damage to the clearcoat of the vehicle.  If clay bar treatment is deemed necessary, we will leverage a clay lubricant that provides a coat of slick lubrication between the clay bar and your paintwork without marring the surface of the vehicle. Once the clay bar process is complete the vehicle is once again rinsed and followed by the drying process.

 

Our touchless drying process: We value your prized possession and use only the most premium detailing tools to get the job done. The most vulnerable time for your vehicle to become scratched is during the drying process.  Therefore, we deploy the safest touch-free drying method available.  Our touchless drying method mitigates any potential damage to the clear coat specifically reducing the potential introduction of swirl marks, scratches, and marring of your paint finish.  This state-of-the-art drying method provides a high-powered, continuous blast of warm air, effectively removing water throughout the surface as well as the various crevices of the vehicle without introducing any chance of scratching or marring the clearcoat.

 

Step 3 - Exterior Polish

The exterior paint receives a single-stage polish to deep clean the paint, increase gloss, reduce swirls and prepare the vehicle for a ceramic coating.

Step 4 - Graphene Ceramic Coating

We apply a ceramic coating to the vehicle's exterior which provides 12 to 24 months of protection. The coating will mitigate against water spotting, provide higher stain resistance against bugs, saps, droppings and  will provide higher scratch and mar resistance during subsequent washing sessions.

Step 5 - Interior Detail

We provide meticulous care in rejuvenating your vehicle's interior to its most capable state of newness. We conduct a complete trash removal.  Vehicle upholstery and carpet is vacuumed. Carpets are shampooed along with stain removal utilizing carpet extractor, if necessary. Professional cleaning solutions are highly concentrated, phosphate and solvent-free, alkaline universal cleaners. Solutions used include special corrosion inhibitors that ensure high material compatibility for sensitive components such as, eg, anodized aluminum.  The interior elements are all deep cleaned with gentile all natural synthetic and boar hair detailing brushes. Interior elements cleaned include door trim, door opening trim, door weather strip, scuff plate ornament, assist grip, sun visors, seats, seat belts, dash, headliner, AC vents, cup holders. Center console, glove box, steering column/steering wheel, floorboard footrest, brake pedal, accelerator pedal, seat rails and rear shelf. Additional areas cleaned include the interior of the trunk, the trunk tool box, box under storage compartments in the trunk along with the trunk weather stripping.  Professional cleaning solutions are highly concentrated, phosphate and solvent-free, alkaline universal cleaners.

 

All exterior and interior windows are deep cleaned. All hard and soft interior plastics surfaces are dressed, sealed and protected.  All interior fabrics (suede, vinyl and Leather) are dressed, sealed and protected. Choice of interior fragrance (Vanilla Bean, Glazed Donut, Pina Colada, Cherry, Mango Mellon, etc…)

Step 6 - Maintenance (session 2 - 52, depending on package)

Based on your desired level of maintenance (weekly, bi-monthly, monthly) we return to your location of choice to clean the engine bay, interior and exterior ensuring your vehicle is at its most capable level of newness. We utilize the appropriate chemicals to preserve your vehicle and ensure the longevity of your ceramic coating.
